Why does it seem that so many are inactive in these times?

I recently wrote an article on this blog about getting started prepping. There are many opinions on what you should have. Of course everyone who wants to sell you something, believes you absolutely must have their products. A good gage of what you need is what you are able to carry. In most cases that is <10% of your body weight. Keep your heaviest pack 20 lbs or under if you can. Water is the heaviest thing you’ll carry. What are your thought?

I recently read a pretty good book on being prepared. The title might give you a hint of its contents, “Prepared” written by Mike Glover it’s a good down to earth write up about real everyday events and awareness. I would suggest it to anyone planning or learning general preparedness in today’s world.
